ProFolio - Touchless Profile Management

ProFolio is a data management tool, designed to simplify the control of customer records (profiles) in the travel fulfillment process. ProFolio merges today's most advanced database infrastructures and the mainframe Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

ProFolio offers 'turn-key' integration with Rearden, Cliqbook and GetThere systems. Accounts within our system (BAR or Level 1 STARs) may be linked directly to any supported booking engine. Through this integration, ProFolio acts as the 'master profile' and provides one central point for profile creation, login and editing.

This centralization of information allows you to manage GDS and online booking profile information from one interface, reducing the time spent in managing client data. Through ProFolio, your customers can register and activate their online booking profile(s) with Rearden, Cliqbook and GetThere with no human intervention.

GDS Synchronization

We provide GDS synchronization to Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre. Our synchronization tool allows highly configurable and customizable mapping of data to a standard GDS Profile. TravelScreen is also available for Apollo synchronizations.

The GDS synchronization process can either be used with an instance of the Profolio profile management tool or can be setup to receive information from an external source.

tripAUTH

tripAUTH is our solution to the growing demand for Policy Management solutions in the ever changing economic environment. tripAUTH allows agencies to control policies on an account by account basis. tripAUTH can be integrated either with ProFolio or as a standalone solution.
